I'll send you a checklist and a shared folder where you can upload everything needed - logo, images, copy, and brand details. This is to make sure we have everything we need for a successful implementation day.

3) Implementation Day

We'll start with a morning kick-off call to align on your vision, then I'll get to work adding your content, making updates, and testing everything. We'll regroup at the end of the day where I'll walk you through your customised site, show you how to make future updates, and handle any final tweaks.

4) Post-launch support

If any questions pop up after the site is live, don't fret! You'll have 30 days of technical assistance from me to help resolve anything that comes up.
